Payment Schedule and Information

Payment Information:
  • Shekinah accepts payments in the form of cash, check or credit card. Please make checks payable to "Shekinah" or "SCC" and in the memo place Israel trip 2013.
  • All payments must be given in United States currency (USD).
  • Please note any returned checks will result in an automatic $25 fee.
  • Shekinah reserves the right to cancel any passengers reservation based on neglect of payment as per the below due dates.

Payment Schedule/Deadlines: 

*You are still able to apply for this trip is your able to cover the full amount upon sending in your application. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Cancellations received up to November 2 forfeit $200 per person plus any cancellation charges (if any) from supplier/airlines. 
  • November 2 - December 10- Forfeit $550 per person plus any cancellation charges (if any) from supplier/airlines.
  • December 11 - January 14- Forfeit $750 per person plus any cancellation charges (if any) from supplier/airlines.
  • January 15 - January 27- Forfeit $1000 per person plus any cancellation charges (if any) from supplier/airlines.
  • January 28 until departure- No refunds except for any airline tickets that have different cancellation fees.
